Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Delivery Lead with deep experience in managing digital transformation initiatives within complex global delivery environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams across geographies, delivering large-scale enterprise programs, and aligning delivery with strategic business goals.

This role requires a blend of strategic oversight, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and hands-on execution to ensure successful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects in a global, multi-vendor, and multicultural environment.
  • Act as the primary delivery contact and escalation point for clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources across geographies.
  • Establish and drive program governance, risk management, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure alignment of delivery efforts with digital transformation objectives, including cloud adoption, process automation, data modernization, and customer experience enhancement.
  • Facilitate communication across business units, technical teams, and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparency.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; apply corrective measures where necessary.
  • Lead distributed teams across time zones, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery accountability.
  • Support change management, training, and organizational readiness activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project management and delivery leadership experience, with a minimum of 4 years in digital transformation programs.
  • Experience managing complex global delivery engagements involving cross-functional, multi-vendor teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and deliver business value on time and within scope.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with senior executives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification; Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist) a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
