Website: www.fastor7.com Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client & Project Manager who can manage key accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, structured documentation practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities ● Manage end-to-end client projects and maintain strong professional relationships ● Coordinate with internal departments (Technology, Design, Marketing, Support, etc.) for seamless execution ● Lead solution development aligned with client requirements and business goals ● Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, performance metrics, and expectations ● Document client requests, feedback, and escalations to ensure timely resolution ● Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation ● Manage client receivables and monthly retention planning ● Achieve strategic customer objectives and account plans defined by management Required Skills & Experience ● 3–4 years of experience in Client Management or Project Management ● Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills ● Hands-on experience with Jira and structured documentation tools ● Understanding of digital marketing and technical workflows ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ● Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills ● Ability to handle multiple brands/projects simultaneously
