Job Description Project Manager (both IT & Non IT)
Objective
To plan and execute civil and electrical projects (new branches / infrastructure works) within approved budget, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor civil & electrical project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely project completion within budget.
- Supervise site activities and manpower.
- Monitor electrical installations, load planning, and safety compliance.
- Control project costs and validate contractor bills.
- Maintain quality standards and statutory compliance.
- Submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
Financial Responsibility
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor budget adherence.
- Prevent cost overruns and material wastage.
Qualification & Experience
- BE/B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in handling construction / infrastructure projects.
- Experience in commercial or retail projects preferred.
Added Advantage
- Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred).
- Strong process improvement and cost optimization skills.
