We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Project Managerto join our dynamic online market research and analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring seamless execution of market research studies from questionnaire analysisto final reporting. The role demands expertise in client coordination, vendor & supply management, budgeting, and a strong understanding of data analytics and survey methodologies. A potential candidate should have experience in leveraging automation tools, ensuring data quality control, and working in a fast-paced, agile research environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Execution:Manage the full lifecycle of research projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to research best practices.
- Client Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Vendor & Supply Management:Oversee and coordinate with vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality data collection.
- Survey Instrument & Research Design:Collaborate with the research team on questionnaire design, best practices, and online survey methodologies.
- Survey Logic & Programming Coordination:Work closely with the scripting team and have exposure to tools like Decipher, ensuring correct application of logic, skip patterns, conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, Sawtoothmethodologies, and survey validation. Take full responsibility of each phase of project life cycle ensuring timely acknowledgement of client communication, requests, internal coordination with scripting, data tabulation and reporting team. Perform multiple checks before link is exposed to client for all logics, aesthetics and skip patterns, ensure data tables are in accordance with client's needs of the research purpose and their timely delivery.
- Data Handling & Quality Control:Manage and clean data, identify poor responses in open-ended questions, and apply contextual and logical validationsto ensure high-quality data.
- Excel Proficiency & Automation:Utilize VLOOKUPs, data cleaning techniques, and report generationwhile leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency. Comfortable in handling large sets of data with speed and all formulas.
- Tabulation Planning & Data Representation:Must have experience oftabulation structures, create insightful crosstabs, and determine appropriate weighting and netting techniques. Work closely with client and Data Processing team.
- Data Visualization & Reporting:Identify and propose any modifications or tweaks in default reporting based on client's needs, work closely with Insights/Reporting team to translate the same into compelling presentationsand reports, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Budget Management:Handle project budgets, track costs, and optimize expenditures.
- Agility in Research Operations:Work in a fast-pacedresearch environment, adapting to client needs while maintaining speed and accuracy.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:2-4 years in full-service market research project management.
- Technical Knowledge:Exposure to Decipher, conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, Sawtooth, and automation tools preferred.
- Excel & Data Handling:Strong command of Excel formulas, VLOOKUPs, automation tools, data cleaning, and data validation techniques.
- Market Research Understanding:Familiarity with questionnaire design, survey logic, weighting, tabulation, and reporting best practices.
- Analytical & Automation Skills:Strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detailin data validation and analytics, and ability to work with automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsfor effective client and stakeholder engagement.
