Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for Architecture and Landscape projects. The role is based in Gurugram and includes leading project execution, overseeing BIM implementation, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and liaising with different teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Daily tasks involve expediting project workflows, managing logistics and resources, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
- Expertise in Project Management and related methodologies to plan, execute, and oversee architectural and landscape projects effectively.
- Experience in Inspection procedures to evaluate quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Knowledge in Logistics Management to manage resources, supply chain, and ensure smooth operational processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in the AEC or similar industries is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in BIM software and tools is an essential requirement for this role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Landscape, Engineering, or a related field.
