Key Responsibilities
Project Planning Execution
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies for turnkey HVAC and pollution control projects.
- Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site execution teams.
- Supervise erection, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure timely delivery.
Technical Oversight
- Review system designs, layouts, and detailed engineering for compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure optimal performance of evaporative cooling and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to airflow, water circulation, filtration, and pollution control mechanisms.
Client Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality delivery and responsive support.
Financial Contract Management
- Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Manage contracts, negotiate procurement terms, and ensure timely supply of equipment and materials.
- Track project expenses and ensure profitability.
Compliance Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Implement quality control checks during design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
- Maintain project documentation for audits, certifications, and handover.
Qualifications Skills
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Masters preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in project management within HVAC, evaporative cooling, or pollution control systems.
- Strong knowledge of air washers, ventilation systems, and environmental engineering solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
