Project Manager – BFSI / Payments Domain

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of NPCI Compliance, RBI IT Compliance, PSP, Switch and Portal development projects
• Define delivery timelines and ensure delivery within scope while meeting SLAs
• Act as the primary client liaison, provide regular project status updates
• Assemble, manage, motivate, and direct project teams, providing guidance and ensuring performance
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and implement changes as needed to meet deliverables.
• Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and provide clear project updates
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of BAs, UI/UX designers, backend developers, frontend developers, portal developers and QAs
• Resolve internal and external conflicts within the team
• Identify internal and external dependencies and manage stakeholder communication
• Plan for the releases and ensure deployment is completed on time
• Should have prior experience of working with the bank under regulated environments

Required Qualifications:

• Overall 8-10 years of experience in IT industry with at least 2 years of experience in project management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (like Business or Computer Science) or any graduate
• MBA or PMP certified preferred (Must have)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Should have priori experience of working in BFSI domain
