Project Manager – B2B
We are looking for an experienced professional with 8–15 years of experience in Industrial Lubricants, Metalworking Fluids, Specialty Chemicals, Cutting Tools, Abrasives, Industrial Gases, or related industrial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Industrial Lubricants portfolio across key manufacturing accounts
- Lead technical sales projects, product trials, and customer implementation
- Manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, Plant Heads, and Operations teams
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Drive value-based selling through operational efficiency and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industrial applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Material Science, or related Engineering discipline
- MBA preferred
- Strong technical sales, stakeholder management, and project management experience
- Proven track record in managing large industrial/manufacturing customers
- Willingness to travel extensively
