Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in automation projects within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, driving process improvements, and implementing automation technologies to enhance healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage automation projects in the healthcare sector from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of automation technologies into existing healthcare processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout project execution.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 13-20 years of experience in project management, particularly in automation within healthcare.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies and tools relevant to healthcare (RPA, AI, etc.).
- Experience with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.) and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
