About the roleYou will be responsible for planning and executing product and client projects for Autobits CNC machine monitoring solutions. This role requires strong coordination across teams, structured execution, and consistent communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end project execution
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, and operations teams
- Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
- Conduct regular progress reviews and internal meetings
- Identify and resolve project risks and execution challenges
- Ensure smooth deployment, installation, and customer onboarding
- Continuously improve internal project management processes
Required skills and qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or coordination
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Basic understanding of software and technical workflows
