Project Manager (6–7 Years Experience)

 Base Location: Delhi | Extensive Travel Required

At ATHENA Security Solutions, we deliver advanced, integrated perimeter security solutions across some of the most critical environments in India—from pipelines to defence installations.

We're looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of complex deployments and drive execution end-to-end.

What you'll work on:

- FO-PIDS, CCTV & integrated security projects

- Deployments across Oil & Gas, Defence & critical infrastructure

- FAT, SAT, commissioning & lifecycle management

- Coordination with PSUs, OEMs & cross-functional teams

What we're looking for:

- 6–7 years in security / infrastructure projects

- Experience with PIDS, CCTV, Fiber & networking systems

- Exposure to PSU / pipeline projects (preferred)

- Strong coordination & problem-solving mindset

- Willingness to travel extensively

Qualification: B.Tech (Electronics / Electrical / IT)

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, monitoring, and execution of projects.
• Proficiency in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to ensure timely progress across all project aspects.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
• Skills in Logistics Management to handle transportation, supply chain activities, and inventory coordination.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve challenges and ensure project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions, security systems, or technology-driven projects is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in challenging environments and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
