Job Description:

  1. Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants, ensures overall progresses based on schedules.
  2. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  3. Coordinate with the drafting department with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.
  4. Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters, attend site meeting if required.
  5. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  6. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  7. Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
  8. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
