Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile projects using Scrum methodology.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Proactively identify project risks and mitigate them through strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine product backlogs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track and report key Agile metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance within the Scrum team.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
