Job Description
- Perform various tasks, duties and responsibilities in work activities involving geotechnical and blasting
- Develop and implement project management programs including all detailed requirement in each project
- To guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures and guideline
- Attending project and site meeting
- Close supervision in geotechnical and blasting works
- Preparation of documents, drawings and work programmes as per each project requirement
- To prepare and maintain project expenditure, schedule and budgets
- To manage every aspect of a project, including its planning, communication, risk assessment and resources
- To train and develop your team members in the field of geotechnical and blasting details for the project
- Full contribution to the development of the company, preparation of action plans, resolving problems and determining improvement
- Manage the project duties as assigned and lead the operations of the projects and procedures
- Maintain positive working relationship with main contractor, consultants, team and company staffs.
