Role Description

We are seeking a Project Manager (Architect) for a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The role involves overseeing architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with consultants and vendors, facilitating inspections, and streamlining logistics to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• 2yrs or experience in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution.
• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring effective workflow and on-time project delivery.
• Familiarity with Inspection processes and standards to maintain quality and adherence to specifications.
• Skills in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, materials, and schedules efficiently.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in software tools relevant to architecture and project management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in architectural project delivery is advantageous.
