Project Manager - Architect & Interior Designer

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Delhi NCR (with travel across India)

Dr. Morepen is expanding its network of Health Centers across universities and corporate campuses across India.

We are looking for an Architect & Interior Designer who can independently design, renovate, and execute healthcare facilities from concept to completion.

Healthcare project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design new Dr. Morepen Health Centres across universities and corporate campuses

• Lead renovations, revamps, and interior upgrades of existing centres

• Create layouts, floor plans, working drawings, BOQs, elevations, and execution documents

• Design patient-friendly, operationally efficient healthcare spaces

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders

• Conduct regular site visits and supervise execution quality

• Manage timelines, budgets, procurement, and project delivery

• Ensure projects are completed as per design intent and brand standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software

• Strong project management and execution skills

• Ability to independently manage projects from design through handover

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, healthcare facilities, or wellness centres

• Understanding of healthcare space planning, medical workflows, compliance requirements, and regulatory considerations

• Experience working on commercial, institutional, university, or corporate projects

Travel Requirement

• This role requires frequent travel across India

• Each project will involve on-site visits, coordination with local vendors, and supervision of execution to ensure successful delivery
