Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Technology Solutions Project Manager to oversee the implementation of new technology solutions that combine core backend technologies with cutting-edge front-end UX/UI design. This role will serve as the overall resource for all technology projects—from digital integrations and interactive experiences to AR and beyond.
Key responsibilities:
- Project Costing & Budgeting:
- Develop detailed project costings and financial models.
- Finalize budgets and secure necessary cost approvals.
- Partner Coordination & Leasing:
- Negotiate and establish agreements with technology solution providers, UX/UI agencies, development partners, and hardware suppliers.
- Create and manage contracts/leases with all external partners.
- Scope & Work Definition:
- Define the scope of work (SOW) for each technology project.
- Ensure all partners and teams understand and adhere to the project deliverables and timelines.
- Timeline & Project Planning:
- Develop comprehensive timelines for development, testing, and integration phases.
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure milestones are met.
- Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technology solutions.
- Present project plans, budgets, and progress updates to clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and external partners.
Skills required:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within digital technology, AR/VR, UX/UI, or related fields.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost estimation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to create clear scopes of work and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and timeline planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
