Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Project Manager to lead and coordinate cloud-based projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, strategic planning expertise, and a good understanding of AWS and cloud technologies. This role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with Cloud Engineers, DevOps teams, Solution Architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather client requirements, define project scope, and prepare project plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure effective communication between clients and technical teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Manage project documentation, reports, and project governance.
• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
• Support pre-sales discussions by understanding customer requirements and coordinating with technical teams when required.
  
  

Requirements

• 2- 4 years of experience in Project Management, IT Project Coordination, or Cloud Project Delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder and client management experience.
• Good understanding of Cloud Computing concepts and AWS services.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2 VPC, IAM, S3 RDS, CloudWatch, Load Balancer, and Auto Scaling.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Associate Certification is preferred.
• Experience working in a Cloud Services or IT Infrastructure environment will be an added advantage.
