Project Manager

Relevant Experience: 8 or above years in leading or managing testing projects and 2 years in executing test cases

Overall Experience: 8 to 10 years with below skill set

• Skills/Knowledge - Good to have
• Understanding of Test Automation
• Experience in Agile delivery
• Experience in Java scripting

What you will be doing:

• Plan and drive project timelines with designers, developers, and IT project management to effectively take projects from concept to launch.
• Manage projects with oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure successful deliverables as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Work with internal groups to streamline processes, increase collaboration and strengthen communication.
• Understand the end goal clearly and guide the team to achieve goals with milestones.
• Convert requirements into tasks and determine task priorities for individual team members and the project as a whole.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet project requirements according to the project scope.

• Experience in managing distributed teams working remotely
• Should have experience in working with spreadsheets and documents (MS Excel or Google spreadsheet)

Client Management/Relationship Management:

• Proactively build relationships with functional owners in client organizations to build long term partnerships.
• Create and own connections with the right sponsors/business leaders for a given solution.
• Drive alignment, connects with third party vendors in an engagement wherever applicable.
• Own Expectation Management, Client Satisfaction Management, and Risk Management in the area of domain/solution expertise.
• Deliver and measure value pre, during, and post engagement and communicate to stakeholders.
