Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager AMI (RDSS) to lead end-to-end delivery of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) projects under the RDSS program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in large-scale smart meter deployments and a strong ability to manage technical, field, and stakeholder challenges simultaneously.

This role demands complete ownership, execution excellence, and the confidence to engage with DISCOMs and senior stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria (Must-Have)

• Experience in deploying 1 lakh smart meters
• Direct experience working with DISCOMs / Utilities
• Proven track record of owning and delivering AMI projects, not just coordination

This role is for you if you have:

• Delivered AMI projects (RF / Cellular) at scale
• Strong understanding of HES, MDM, Billing integration
• Ability to handle field challenges + system issues + stakeholders together
• Confidence to face DISCOM leadership and drive outcomes
