Project Manager

As a Project Manager, your role is to oversee multiple cross‑functional initiatives using established busienss process re-engineering methodologies to deliver consistent, high‑quality results. Lead governance forums (core team, leadership, steering committees) to keep stakeholders aligned in a fast‑paced environment. Guide dispersed teams and external partners while balancing scope, schedule, and budget against business priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Define project roadmaps and schedules, driving progress toward milestones.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate decision‑making and agreements across internal and external stakeholders.
• Influence outcomes through collaboration, leadership, and customer focus.
• Capture requirements, user stories, and use cases from business experts.
• Partner with technical teams to design and deliver workshops.
• Prepare business teams for system/process changes, including training and knowledge transfer.
• Support capital planning and and project scope changes, including business justifications and strategic road maps.
