Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager – AI Complaints Management (Project Altair)

Location: Bangalore

Duration: 6 month-Offshore

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Project Altair, an AI-driven Complaints Management initiative within a regulated banking environment. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, risk oversight, and execution discipline to ensure successful implementation of AI-enabled complaint management solutions while maintaining compliance with regulatory and customer protection requirements.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 8–12+ years of project management experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Proven experience delivering digital transformation, AI, automation, or technology-driven initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer service, complaints management, operational risk, regulatory, or compliance-related functions.
  • Experience working within governance-heavy and highly regulated environments.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong project management and program delivery expertise.
  • Knowledge of project governance frameworks and stage-gate methodologies.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled business solutions and data-driven transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with:

  • AI governance concepts
  • Human-in-the-loop frameworks
  • Risk and compliance controls
  • Regulatory reporting requirements
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and project planning skills.
  • Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities.

Stakeholder Management Skills

  • Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and challenge constructively.

Preferred Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • PRINCE2 Certification
  • Agile Certification (Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, SAFe, or equivalent)
