Job Title: Project Manager – AI Complaints Management (Project Altair)

Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Project Altair, an AI-driven Complaints Management initiative within a regulated banking environment. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, risk oversight, and execution discipline to ensure successful implementation of AI-enabled complaint management solutions while maintaining compliance with regulatory and customer protection requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 8–12+ years of project management experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation, AI, automation, or technology-driven initiatives.
- Strong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in customer service, complaints management, operational risk, regulatory, or compliance-related functions.
- Experience working within governance-heavy and highly regulated environments.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong project management and program delivery expertise.
- Knowledge of project governance frameworks and stage-gate methodologies.
- Understanding of AI-enabled business solutions and data-driven transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with:
