We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in leading end-to-end application development and AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing complex projects from initiation through delivery, with a focus on AI/ML-enabled applications, GenAI solutions, and intelligent automation.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, and delivery
• Drive AI-driven application projects (GenAI, ML models, data-driven solutions)
• Manage project initiation activities:
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Data Scientists, Business Teams)
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes
• Implement Agile/Waterfall methodologies as applicable
• Track project performance, dependencies, and mitigation plans

What are we looking for:

• Strong experience in application development project management
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML lifecycle
• Experience with platforms like Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, or similar
• Excellent stakeholder communication and offshore-onshore coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and governance mindset
