Manage project budgets and resource allocation, adjusting plans proactively as priorities shift.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and implement mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines and quality.

Coordinate and influence multidisciplinary teams including Solution Architecture, Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and IT.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience successfully managing software development and/or IT projects in fast-paced environments.
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, resources, and complex delivery timelines.
Proven record working with cross-functional technical teams and directly with customers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Industry-recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is beneficial.
