Job Description
Overall 12+ Years of experience with 4+ years of IT project management and related experience
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies like Agile/Waterfall and best practices
Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.
Manage each project scope and timeline and Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand ups
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Facilitate internal and external communication and effective collaboration
Report and escalate to management as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Managing relationships with clients & stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction
PMP, CSM certification is a plus
Agile management experience
