Position: Functional Project Manager

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days a week)

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Discussion

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end project management from initiation through closure, including project charter, planning, and execution.

Drive project delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Manage project resources, demand planning, capacity utilization, and financial deliverables.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring timely escalations.

Lead project governance, change management, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.

Collaborate closely with business, technology, PMO, and client teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Facilitate project meetings and provide leadership across cross-functional global teams.

Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies, project controls, and delivery best practices.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

9-12 years of overall experience with a minimum of 4+ years managing end-to-end project deliveries.

Proven experience managing large-scale and complex projects.

PMP Certification or equivalent Project Management training.

Strong experience working within Agile/Waterfall SDLC environments.

Healthcare Insurance domain experience preferred.

Excellent risk management, issue resolution, planning, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience working with customer relationship management practices.
