Project Manager

Job Purpose

Support the successful delivery of AI and technology-related initiatives within the Risk function through effective project governance, stakeholder engagement, dependency management, and execution oversight. Act as a central point of coordination across Risk, Technology, Data Science, and business teams, ensuring projects remain on track, risks and issues are proactively managed, and stakeholders are aligned on delivery objectives. Drive project transparency, governance, and execution in a fast-paced environment with multiple cross-functional and corporate dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day project governance and execution oversight for AI and technology initiatives within the Risk function.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverable trackers.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks impacting delivery.
• Facilitate timely escalation and resolution of project risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across Risk, Technology, Data Science, Analytics, and other business stakeholders.
• Organize and lead project meetings, steering forums, and stakeholder reviews, ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership teams.
• Ensure project documentation, governance artefacts, decision logs, and RAID registers are maintained and up to date.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders to meet agreed commitments and delivery milestones.
• Support project resource planning, prioritization activities, and delivery reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Risk governance, policies, and control requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management and PMO processes.
