Project Manager 4

Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex healthcare technology migration programs, transitioning hospital applications, infrastructure, and data to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Coordinates cross-functional teams across customer, engineering, implementation, security, and operations organizations to ensure successful project outcomes. Manages project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications while maintaining compliance, security, and operational continuity for mission-critical healthcare systems. Drives cloud adoption initiatives, facilitates issue resolution, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer and business objectives.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of hospital system migrations and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across customers, OCI engineering, product, implementation, and support teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and executive status reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate technical and business stakeholder alignment throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvements and delivery excellence across migration programs.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hospital system and healthcare application migrations to OCI.
• Coordinate activities across customers, OCI engineering, implementation, security, networking, and support teams.
• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Drive migration readiness, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and remove delivery blockers.
• Develop and present status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Promote continuous improvement of migration methodologies, tools, and operational processes.
