Project Manager - 2D Animation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Animation Team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale E-learning animation projects, handling multiple stakeholders, and managing team of 30–40 members.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver animation projects within timelines and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate a team of 30–40 members, including animators, illustrators, storyboard artists & QC.
• Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and team productivity.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Identify risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain quality standards and process compliance across all projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing animation/video production projects.
• Proven experience handling teams of 30–40 people.
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of animation production workflows.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
• 3-4 years in Project Management, preferably in the 2D Animation.
