Jobscope :

Rotate across departments to gain exposure to business operations and management.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects.
Prepare project reports and support meetings.
Support sales, marketing, and client engagement activities.
Assist with facility operations, maintenance, and tenant management.
Participate in strategic planning, business planning, and feasibility studies.
Conduct research to improve profitability and reduce business risks.
Liaise with consultants, engineers, and authorities to ensure project compliance.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
