About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Project Management Trainee to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a B.Tech background and strong communication skills, who have gained 36 months of internship experience in project coordination or operations. The role offers valuable exposure to real-world project management and operations processes in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist project managers with planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.

Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to team leads.

Identify bottlenecks or delays and escalate issues as needed.

Support in drafting presentations and project-related communications.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B.Tech in any discipline

Experience: 36 months of internship/training in project coordination, project support, or operations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Basic knowledge of project management tools is a plus

Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
