Project Management Specialist

Department: Project Management - CDMO / CMO

Location: CRAMSN Research Park (R&D Center), Pashamylaram, Patancheru, Hyderabad.

Experiance : 5 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

· Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, andtracking project activities.

· Assist in preparing project timelines, status reports, meeting minutes, and

documentation.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, AR&D,DQA, Manufacturing, etc.).

· Help monitor project progress, identify delays, and ensure follow-ups for

timely completion.

· Maintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards with accuracy.

· Participate in project review meetings and assist with follow-up actions.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards set by the

pharmaceutical industry.

· Provide administrative support for project workflows and data organization.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
