As a Project Management Partner based in Lucknow and working to serve the UP Cluster and Punjab Cluster (remotely) regions, you will play a crucial role in driving cluster initiatives, streamlining operations, and championing digital transformation. You will ensure our teams execute their strategies effectively through agile processes, robust compliance, and seamless operational support, helping us deliver exceptional impact to the healthcare ecosystem.
Drive project execution and agility: You track the status of key cluster projects, coordinate execution, and maintain project documentation and business planning. You implement agile ways of working and leverage PMP tools to improve processes and bring system efficiencies.
Lead strategic planning: You assess plan execution through key metrics and lead Outcome-Based Planning within the cluster, driving implementation conceptually and through digital means.
Manage local operations and vendors: You support marketing campaign rollouts, patient awareness programs, and event logistics. You are responsible for local vendor management, purchasing, administrative support to the Cluster Head, and general office administration matters.
Act as the Local Compliance Champion: You ensure the state office is SHE compliant and champion audit preparedness, COREMAP, and other critical compliance practices, carrying out due diligence for medico-marketing and access sponsorships.
Digital Champion: You own cluster responsibilities for digital tools (including CRM and G Suite), driving user adoption and resolving queries. You also serve as the primary Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for SAP.
Collaborate cross-functionally: You work closely with PJP (Patient Journey Partners) and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions, manage brand collateral, and ensure commercial success.
You hold a strong academic background with a university degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Life Sciences. An MBA (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
You have proven experience in client handling and external stakeholder engagement, preferably in service industries. An understanding of the pharma environment and terminologies is highly desirable.
You possess a strong grasp of technology and digital tools from both a user and admin standpoint. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a high grasp of new tech applications.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling you to build relationships and present information clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
You exhibit strong logical reasoning and a positive, can-do attitude that thrives in dynamic environments.
You act with a deep sense of ownership, responsibility, and empathy, ensuring you always keep patient and customer impact in mind.
You are comfortable and capable of working effectively, managing and serving the UP and Punjab (remote) clusters.
