As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support project governance, resource planning, and operational excellence across our delivery teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating projects, tracking performance, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring effective collaboration between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive project governance and resource planning
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
  • Managing budgets, cost forecasting, invoicing, and financial controls
  • Track resource allocation and utilization across projects
  • Prepare executive dashboards and status reports
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies with timely escalations
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams
  • Play an active role in responding to RFPs
  • Driving performance metrics, audits, and continuous improvement
  • Maintaining project documentation and knowledge repositories

Required Qualifications & Skill Sets

  • Clear understanding and communication capability
  • 5-8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or program management.
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and Jira.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, project lifecycle, and PMO best practices.
  • Experience in project planning, resource management, and milestone tracking.
  • Exposure to budget management, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in risk management, vendor coordination, and performance reporting.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO- related certification must be obtained.
