Description:

• Manage and Reconcile Derivatives invoices according to process and procedure.
• Meet Service Level Agreement targets
• Work on SmartStream's Transactions, Fees Cost and Invoice Management solution ensuring all service level agreements are met.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5 8 years of experience to lead and manage a variety of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Investment Banking concepts and proven expertise in project management.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to understand their requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor and report on project progress and issues.

Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Willingness to work in Shifts: Should be willing to work in shifts to manage the expectations of the stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of Investment Banking concepts and operations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial software and platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.

Experience:

7 - 9 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Fintech or financial services industry.
