The Role

We are hiring Project Management Officers to drive enterprise software implementation and client adoption at some of India's most demanding construction and infrastructure organisations.

This is not a back-office project coordination role.

You will operate largely on-prem at client sites embedded inside the operations of companies like Amazon, JSW, LivSpace, and Danube. Your mandate is to understand their project workflows end-to-end, drive unification of data and processes on RDash, and deploy AI agents that fundamentally change how these organisations execute.

You will own the full deployment lifecycle: from initial workflow alignment and stakeholder mapping through training, adoption tracking, and continuous operational improvement. You will work directly with department heads, PMO teams, and operations leads at the client side, and collaborate closely with RDash's product, engineering, and leadership teams internally.

Training in SQL, Python, data analytics, and working with AI agents is built into the role.

What You Will Own

  • End-to-end enterprise implementation from Sales handoff and workflow discovery through go-live, adoption, and ongoing optimisation
  • Client-side deployment at enterprise accounts: understanding business processes, mapping org structures, configuring approval hierarchies, and building SOPs inside RDash
  • Stakeholder management across CXOs, department heads, and on-ground teams driving alignment, resolving blockers, and escalating with precision
  • Training programme design and delivery: department-wise schedules, role-specific sessions, and hands-on coaching to drive adoption from Day 1
  • Adoption tracking and intervention: monitoring usage dashboards, auditing system activity, producing weekly adoption reports, and escalating non-compliance to client leadership
  • Data unification: migrating and structuring client data (BOQs, masters, vendor information, rate contracts) into RDash to ensure the platform becomes the single source of truth
  • AI agent deployment: identifying workflow automation opportunities and configuring RDash AI agents to eliminate manual overhead across procurement, reporting, and approvals
  • Process improvement: studying existing SOPs, Excel workflows, and departmental reports, then building equivalent or superior processes inside RDash
  • Internal coordination with RDash product and engineering teams translating client feedback into actionable requirements and participating in deployment planning calls

Who Should Apply

  • 24 years of experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise project management, client success, or technology consulting
  • Exposure to construction, infrastructure, real estate, or asset-heavy industries is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-prem at client sites operating independently, building trust with senior stakeholders, and driving outcomes without constant supervision
  • Strong first-principles thinking: you break problems into components, not follow playbooks
  • Comfort with data and technology: familiarity with SQL, Excel modelling, or basic Python is a strong advantage; willingness to learn is essential
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills you produce clear MOMs, SOPs, training materials, and adoption reports that stakeholders act on
  • Process-oriented mindset with the street-smartness to adapt when client realities diverge from the plan
  • High ownership and bias for action this role demands someone who moves fast, escalates early, and does not wait for instructions

Ideal prior backgrounds include:

  • SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success at enterprise software companies
  • Technology consulting or digital transformation roles (Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys BPM, or similar)
  • PMO or project management roles in construction, EPC, or real estate companies
  • Operations or process excellence roles in asset-heavy or field-operations industries

What This Role Is Not

We want to be transparent about fit:

  • This is not a remote or hybrid position. You will be deployed at client sites and RDash offices. Travel within India is expected.
  • This is not a passive support role. You are not answering tickets or forwarding requests. You own the outcome of enterprise implementations.
  • This is not a pure project management role. You will get your hands dirty with data, configurations, and technology not just Gantt charts and status updates.
  • This requires maturity, independence, and comfort operating in ambiguity as you would expect when deploying enterprise software at companies where digital maturity is being built from scratch.

Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

  • Project management fundamentals: scheduling, stakeholder mapping, risk identification, and structured escalation
  • Strong documentation capability: MOMs, SOPs, training decks, audit reports, and adoption dashboards
  • Data literacy: ability to structure, clean, and interpret operational data; comfort with Excel at an advanced level
  • Client-facing presence: ability to command a room with department heads and CXOs, not just coordinate logistics
  • Organisational skills: managing parallel workstreams across multiple stakeholders without dropping threads

Strong Advantages

  • SQL proficiency and ability to write basic analytical queries
  • Python scripting for data manipulation, automation, or reporting
  • Experience with dashboarding and analytics tools (Grafana, Metabase, Power BI, or similar)
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, AI agents, or no-code/low-code platforms
  • Understanding of construction workflows: BOQ management, procurement cycles, DPR, vendor coordination, and site operations
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Whimsical, or Notion for project documentation and process mapping

Locations

  • India: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune In-office + client site deployment. You will split time between RDash offices and enterprise client locations. Domestic travel is a core part of the role.
