Job Description:
Job Title: PMO Lead
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 8+ yrs.
Employment Type: Contract to hire

Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary Skills: Program/Project Management, PMO governance, enterprise IT migration / integration programs
Secondary Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscape (O365/Azure, Active Directory, Network, Endpoints, Security, Data) and cross-functional dependencies
Tools: Advanced Excel (tracking & governance), PowerPoint (CxO reporting), MS Project / Smartsheet / Jira
Fit: High ownership, structured thinker, ability to operate in ambiguity, strong stakeholder management in high-pressure environments
Role Expectation:
• Drive end-to-end PMO governance for a complex technology integration / migration program in an M&A or transformation context
• Build and manage a single integrated master plan, including milestones, interdependencies, and critical path across all workstreams
• Run execution cadence (war rooms, weekly reviews, steering committees) with strong follow-through and accountability
• Proactively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure timely resolution of critical items
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams (applications, infrastructure, network, security, endpoints, data) and align vendors, OEMs, and client teams
• Support execution of transition planning, cutover readiness, and post-integration stabilization
• Ensure minimal business disruption during migration and integration phases
M&A / Transformation Exposure in Role:
• Support Day 1 readiness, transition roadmaps, and integration / separation planning
• Assist in technology due diligence, risk identification, and mitigation tracking
• Contribute to synergy tracking, cost alignment, and TSA-related program tracking (where applicable)
• Work across enterprise architecture, IT operating model alignment, and transformation priorities
Governance, Reporting & Quality:
• Deliver crisp, insight-led executive reporting with clear risks, decisions, and actions
• Track scope, timelines, and deliverables against plan and flag deviations early
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management with structured recommendations
• Ensure documentation completeness (project plan, RAID logs, RACI, migration reports, KT artifacts)
• Support alignment with security, compliance, and audit requirements
Non-Negotiables:
• Must have led PMO for large-scale IT / infra / cloud transformation or integration programs
• Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies across enterprise IT environments
• Proven ability to drive execution under pressure and manage senior stakeholders
• Not a reporting PMO—must demonstrate execution ownership and outcome delivery
Nice to Have:
• Experience in M&A (integration, carve-outs, TSA management, due diligence)
• Exposure to enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS), cloud, and cybersecurity environments
• Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, TOGAF, Azure/AWS)
