Position: PMO Analyst – Capital Markets | Hybrid (Bangalore)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 3 days from office, 2 days WFH)
Compensation: Up to 22 LPA (Maximum 35% hike on last drawn CTC)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support in project governance, milestone tracking, and execution oversight
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and change logs
- Assist with budget and resource tracking, and ensure timely updates and variance analysis
- Identify and monitor risks, issues, and interdependencies across the project portfolio
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate between delivery teams, compliance functions, and governance units
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a PMO or project support role
- Strong background in project planning, governance, and reporting within financial services or capital markets
- Solid understanding of regulatory environments and trade lifecycle processes
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced setting
