Job Description

Position: PMO

Summary: Support planning, tracking, and execution of multiple projects/programs across the department. Act as a central coordination point between HoD, team leaders, ensuring timelines, data accuracy, and reporting discipline are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist team leads/HoD in planning and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are progressing as per plan
  • Maintain action trackers and ensure timely closure
  • Prepare daily/weekly project status reports across teams
  • Consolidate updates from multiple team leads into a single view
  • Highlight risks, delays, and dependencies clearly
  • Schedule meetings, circulate agendas, and capture minutes of meeting
  • Maintain project documentation (Trackers, dashboards, etc.)
  • Track key decisions and ensure follow-through
  • Identify potential delays or gaps early and escalate to relevant leads
  • Ensure real-time visibility of project status for management

  • High ownership and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a multi-project, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, commerce, or related field
  • 26 years experience in PMO / project coordination / operations
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PM tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
