We're Hiring: Project Management Office (PMO)

We're looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in overseeing project timelines, stakeholder communications, and operational efficiency. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution, meeting key milestones, and supporting our teams across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Client and Vendor relationships, oversee payment processing and ensure contracts, SLAs and partnership agreements are well-maintained.

- Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues, including sensitive matters, to provide timely resolutions.

- Prepare and review presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

- Oversee contract management (SOW, MSA, NDA), project/client creation and ensure timely invoicing.

- Handle revenue forecasting, monitor performance against projections and adjust forecasts as necessary.

- Administer timesheet management for project resources, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

- Provide flexible shift support across IST/EST time zones, ensuring availability and responsiveness.

- Coordinate organization-wide mandatory training to ensure compliance.

Assist in developing and maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.

- Prepare MIS reports and trackers on a regular basis and Invoicing and Timesheet Management

-Work on training and development of overall team knowledge enhancement

-Work on team engagement activities

Provide comprehensive administrative support, Compliance like BIA, BCP etc. handling a wide range of business tasks efficiently.
