Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Manager to support the implementation of a digital solution for third-party due diligence and risk assessment. This will a 6-month contract role. Only APPLY if you are ok for a 6-month Contract.

The role will be responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing project timelines and deliverables, supporting solution implementation, overseeing testing and data migration, and ensuring a smooth go-live and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

Manage day-to-day activities of the project and ensure delivery as per agreed timelines.
Coordinate with Compliance, IT, Procurement, Sales and other business teams.
Track project milestones, actions, dependencies and key deliverables.
Identify project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
Organise project meetings and prepare regular status updates for senior stakeholders.

Solution Implementation

Work with business teams and the technology/vendor team to understand requirements.
Support functional discussions and translate business requirements into implementation needs.
Coordinate solution configuration and ensure alignment with business processes.
Support the preparation and execution of testing and user acceptance activities.

Data & Testing

Coordinate the collection, preparation and migration of third-party data.
Ensure data quality and resolve data-related issues during implementation.
Track testing results, defects and corrective actions.
Coordinate business sign-off before go-live.

Change Management & Go-Live

Support user adoption and change-management activities.
Develop or coordinate user guides and training materials.
Organise user training and provide support during implementation.
Coordinate go-live activities and post-go-live stabilisation.

Reporting & Governance

Maintain project trackers, dashboards and risk/action registers.
Prepare project status reports and management presentations.
Track key decisions, dependencies and actions through to closure.
Support project closure and documentation.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, transformation or business/technology implementation projects.
Experience managing SaaS, digital or compliance-related solution implementations.
Experience with third-party due diligence, screening, risk management or compliance solutions is preferred.
Strong experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and external technology/vendor partners.
Good understanding of project planning, testing, data migration and change-management activities.
Strong skills in project tracking, reporting and stakeholder communication.
