Note:
1)Execute PMO Office for the program, including transformation planning, reporting, control, and change management
2)Maintain RAID framework and manage dependencies
3)Prepare documents for steering bodies and communicate results (including documentation, participation, and minutes)
4)Enable decision-making by preparing and coordinating workshops and meetings
5)Provide interfaces between central and decentral PMOs and across all programs within PB
6)Deliver outside-in perspective and migration expertise for program management
7)Coordinate and moderate complex work packages; act as interface across programs when required
8)Manage shared drives, upload & share documents and enable tooling and support group reporting (Jira, dbClarity, PowerBI)
9)Manage financials and resource planning
10)Conduct resolution for critical topics within PB TOM workstreams on demand, where required
