About the Role
Kanerika is looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive PMO Intern to support the RMG Lead in managing day-to-day PMO, Resource Management, and Learning & Development operations.
This is a highly execution-focused role at the core of Kanerika's delivery organization. The ideal candidate enjoys structure, coordination, follow-through, and working across multiple teams and functions.
You will work closely with leadership on reporting cadences, resource tracking, onboarding coordination, dashboard management, and operational execution.
This role is ideal for:
- Engineering graduates interested in operations/project coordination over coding
- Business administration graduates looking for hands-on delivery operations exposure

Key Responsibilities
PMO Support
- Maintain and update the Master Project Tracker in SharePoint
- Support project creation and closure workflows in Zoho People Plus
- Assist with RASCI matrix reviews and SOW cross-checking
- Track resource loading and project pipeline updates
- Attend weekly sales pipeline calls and maintain structured notes
Resource Management (RMG)
- Track employee billability and deployment status in Zoho
- Send weekly timesheet reminder and follow-up communications
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
- Maintain centralized resume and resource databases
- Coordinate hiring requirement communication with Talent Acquisition teams
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Maintain certification and training trackers
- Coordinate certification renewals and voucher allocations
- Support Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting
- Assist with quarterly training batch planning and scheduling
Reporting & Dashboard Support
- Prepare weekly RMG & L&D leadership presentations
- Coordinate project status updates with delivery teams
- Support Power BI reporting data management
- Consolidate weekly client project status reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech (any stream) OR BBA/MBA (Business Administration / Operations)
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome)
- Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Good PowerPoint and reporting skills
- Strong written communication in English
- Familiarity with MS Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint preferred
- Exposure to Zoho, Power BI, or project management tools is a plus
