What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

  • Lead PMO and establish governance across Software and Mechanical programs
  • Drive execution using NPD stage-gate, Agile, and hybrid delivery models
  • Own program delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality) with strong accountability
  • Manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, and global stakeholder alignment
  • Provide executive-level reporting (MBRs, QBRs) with clear insights
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digital tool adoption (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)

You have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
  • 10-15+ years of experience in program/project management in engineering environments
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional software, mechanical, and simulation programs
  • Strong ability to understand business and customer requirements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
  • Understanding of engineering lifecycle including NPD/NPI
  • Data-driven execution with metrics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization
  • High adaptability, ownership, and accountability mindset
