Program Manager – CMO's Office

- Understanding of the Mphasis ecosystem, including solutions, partnerships, internal programs, business processes, and GTM models across Marketing, Sales, and Emerging
- Act as a central execution partner to the CMO's Office, translating strategic priorities into structured programs, clear plans, and measurable outcomes
- Engage daily with senior leaders across Emerging Sales, Marketing, Analyst & Advisor Bid Management and Partnerships
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capability to design, operationalize, and scale growth initiatives
- Proven stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to align cross‑functional teams
- Ownership of governance, planning, and operating rhythm, including annual planning, quarterly forecasts, monthly tracking, and executive‑level updates
- Ensure continuity through well‑maintained trackers, SOPs, and shared repositories
- Act as the central coordinator for Marketing and CMO budgets
- Ability to synthesize data into executive‑ready insights and dashboards
- Ability to enable Emerging Sales, supporting pipeline focus, planning, and governance
- Ability to oversee proactive reporting to senior leadership
- Comfort operating in a dynamic role, handling ad‑hoc asks, sensitive information, and shifting priorities with maturity and ownership
- Strong program and project management skills to drive complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives
