As a Project Manager Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, executing, and tracking project deliverables. You will work closely with team leads and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking overall project progress.
- Help define clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing projects.
- Participate in Sprint Planning sessions and support the definition of sprint goals.
- Assist in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
- Maintain proper documentation, including meeting notes, sprint backlogs, timelines, and client communications.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and regular status updates.
- Use Jira or similar project management tools to assign tasks, monitor workflows, and track sprint progress.
- Ensure tasks are updated and aligned with sprint timelines.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and help remove minor blockers.
- Identify project risks, delays, or blockers and escalate them to the management team promptly.
- Share ideas to improve project planning, sprint execution, and documentation standards.
