Role Description
Satverse AI is seeking a Project Management Intern for a full-time role with remote flexibility and a hybrid working option for Indore-based candidates. The intern will support end-to-end project execution by assisting in planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project and program planning, including scope definition, timelines, and task breakdowns.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, and external partners).
- Maintaining project schedules, trackers, and documentation.
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and escalating issues when required.
- Facilitating clear communication across stakeholders and ensuring alignment on deliverables.
- Assisting in preparing status reports, meeting notes, and project updates.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and basic workflow optimization.
This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world project management in a fast-growing, innovation-focused environment, with mentorship and structured learning opportunities.

Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of project management and project planning, with the ability to manage timelines and tasks efficiently.
- Exposure to program management or coordination across multiple workstreams is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with accountability in a remote or hybrid setup.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar project management platforms is desirable.
