Raptee Energy is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Job Summary
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Management Intern to support our Mechanical R&D team. In this role, you'll help streamline development workflows, track project milestones, and ensure smooth coordination across engineering, testing, and supply chain teams. It's a great opportunity to understand how complex hardware products are developed and brought to life, from concept to validation.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and tracking R&D project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Testing, Procurement) to ensure alignment and progress.
- Maintain documentation, schedules, and dashboards to support project tracking and reporting.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and flag them early for resolution.
- Support the implementation of project management tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with interest in project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools like Excel, Jira, Trello, or Notion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented under tight timelines.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
