Role: Project Management Intern

Stipend: 1000 per month performance based

DoubtSpace is a fast-growing EdTech startup that helps college students and research scholars with personalized mentorship, skill-based training programs, AI-powered academic tools, research guidance, and internship/placement opportunities. We are on a mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
What You'll Do
1.Assist the founding team in end-to-end project management of key initiatives (new cohort launches, college partnerships, mentorship programs, and product feature rollouts).
Create and maintain project timelines, Notion dashboards, and Gantt charts.
2.Coordinate between content, tech, design, and mentoring teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Track KPIs for training programs (enrollment numbers, completion rates, student satisfaction scores).
3.Organize and document daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and stakeholder update meetings.
Manage college ambassador program operations (onboarding, tasks allocation, leaderboard tracking).
4.Support event planning for webinars, campus drives, and bootcamps.
Prepare reports and presentations for investors and partners.
What We're Looking For
Final/pre-final year student (B.Tech, BBA, MBA, or any discipline) from a Tier 1/2 college.
Prior experience in project coordination, campus ambassador roles, or startup internships is a big plus.
Proficiency in Notion, Trello/ClickUp/Asana, Google Sheets/Excel, Canva, and Slack.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills (you'll interact directly with the founders and college partners).
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
