Role Overview:

As a Project Management Educator, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality online

education to working professionals, focusing on practical skills and real-world applications to

enhance their career trajectories.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Delivery:

o Facilitate engaging online sessions adhering to Accredian's pedagogical standards.

o Employ case studies and interactive tools to illustrate Project Management concepts.

Student Support:

o Encourage active participation and foster a collaborative learning atmosphere.

o Offer timely assistance and feedback to address student inquiries and promote growth.

Program Development:

o Continuously refine course materials to align with industry advancements.

o Integrate contemporary Project Management practices into the curriculum.

Requirements:

Professional Experience:

At least 3 years in technical training or education.

Demonstrated experience in Project Management roles.

Over 5 years of total professional experience with the capability to engage diverse learners.

Core Competencies:

Dedication to teaching and knowledge dissemination.

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

Ability to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and educational technologies.
